The petitioner is aggrieved by the order of the Special Officer (Building) passed on 20th May, 2019. The order being an appealable one, the petitioner shall be entitled to assail the same before the appellate forum.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition is dismissed.

Dismissal of the writ petition will not stand in the way of the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law for redressal of his grievances. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
