It is submitted that a quotation for the connection will be raised within a period of seven days from date. Subject to compliance of necessary formalities and upon production of way-leave permission, if any, electricity connection will be effected to the petitioner within a period of one month from date.

In that view of the matter, nothing further remains to be decided in this writ petition.

Accordingly, WPA 1658 of 2025 is disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the learned advocates for the parties on usual undertakings.
