The learned advocate representing the petitioner submitted to have filed an application being CAN 3 of 2025 for restoration of the instant writ petition which was dismissed for default passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 03.11.2024.

Considering the averments made in the aforesaid CAN application which was found to be satisfactory and for ends of justice, the restoration application being CAN 3 of 2025 stands allowed.

The instant writ petition stands restored to its original file and number. The order dated 3rd November, 2024 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court is recalled.

The learned advocate representing the respondents is to file affidavit-in-opposition, serving a

copy of the same upon the learned advocate representing the petitioner in advance.

Next date be fixed on 11th November, 2025 for filing affidavit-in-opposition.
