1. This appeal is directed against the order dated 1st December, 2022 in W.P.C.R.C. No.172 of 2022.

The appellant does not have any grievance against the direction issued by the learned Writ Court inasmuch as the appellant has complied with the direction issued and performed community service at the local hospital called Domjur Rural Hospital for a period of 45 days from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The only grievance that is placed before us by the appellant is that the learned Writ Court while passing the order has used the word "sentence" and the use of such word may jeopardize the appellant's career.

2. Considering the fact that the appellant has already complied with the direction issued by the learned Single Bench the word "sentence" in the 3rd paragraph of the order dated 1st December,

2022 shall stand eschewed and in its place the word "direction" shall be substituted.

3. With the above observation and direction, the appeal stands disposed of.

4. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
