Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made a representation before the learned Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education, which has not been considered till date.

Mr. Biswas, learned Counsel appearing for the West Bengal Board of Primary Education is present. Heard both the parties.

Let the representation made before the learned Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education be considered within a period of four weeks from today. The learned Advocate-on-record of the petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition and supplementary affidavit to the learned Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education. The learned Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education is also requested to communicate the reasoned order to the petitioner at an earliest.

The writ petition being WPA 1777 of 2021 is accordingly disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit have been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied.
