1. Writ petitioner is the father of the victim.

2. Victim was recovered.

3. Victim recorded her statement under Section 183 of the BNSS where, she stated that, she used to be assaulted by the writ petitioner. Consequently, she left the home after complaining to the Child Help Line. She stated that she is not willing to return to her father.

4. Given the materials produced before Court and given the fact that the child is now under the care and custody of the Child Welfare Committee, we are not minded to pass any further order in this writ petition.

5. WPA (H) 9 of 2026 is disposed of.
