Learned counsel for the petitioner in all the applications submits that the dues in connection with 17 cases have been cleared and the said cases have been disposed of by the learned trial Courts. Dues in connection with CRR 281 of 2024 and CRR 288 of 2024 are pending. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to hold that since nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the revisional applications, CRR 277 of 2024, CRR 278 of 2024, CRR 279 of 2024, CRR 280 of 2024, CRR 282 of 2024, CRR 284 of 2024, CRR 286 of 2024, CRR 287 of 2024, CRR 293 of 2024, CRR 295 of 2024, CRR 296 of 2024, CRR 298 of 2024, CRR 299 of 2024, CRR 300 of 2024, CRR 302 of 2024, CRR 304 of 2024 and CRR 305 of 2024 are disposed of. Since the interim order expires on 31st March, 2025, the said order be extended till 30th April, 2025 or until further orders, whichever is earlier insofar as CRR 281 of 2024 and CRR 288 of 2024 are concerned.

Let these matters appear under the same heading on 24th April, 2025.
