It appears from the submissions made on behalf of the parties that the petitioner is willing to continue with the partnership business on the same terms and conditions of the partnership deed which was executed in the year 1970.

Learned advocate for the private respondent submits that the petitioner is trying to make a change in the partnership deed and he is trying to continue with the business solely and independently.

The aforesaid contention of the private respondent has been denied by the petitioner.

As it appears that there is no consensus in between the parties, accordingly, the Indian Oil Corporation Limited

shall be entitled to proceed in accordance with their policy guidelines and take necessary steps in the matter. No further order can be passed in the present writ petition.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
