2. The appeal is of the year 2012.

3. The parties are not represented today.

4. It seems to this Court that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the appeal.

5. F.A. No. 26 of 2013 shall stand dismissed for default.

6. Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.

7. L.C.R., if any, be returned to the Court below.

8. The parties and/or Registry of this Court shall communicate a copy of this order to the Court below for information.
