The writ petitioner complains that the private respondents have in violation of the order of injunction not only disturbed them but also have tried to assault them.

Admittedly, Title Suit No. 112 of 2020 is pending before the learned 5th Civil Judge (Junior Division) at Howrah where injunction has been ordered by the said Court.

The petitioner must seek enforcement of the order of injunction or complaint thereof before the Civil Court itself.

Officer-in-charge, Sankrail Police Station has taken out proceedings under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Sankrail Police Station shall ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area and also comply with any specific directions of the Civil Court that may be passed.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
