The affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

The petitioners have filed the present application being CAN 1 of 2025 for recalling of the order dated 13.05.2025 wherein this Court has dismissed the writ application for default for none appearance of the petitioners when the matter is called.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were suffering from illness and the advocate on record could not appear before this Court when the matter was called and immediately when the petitioners came to know that on 13.05.2025 the writ petition was dismissed, on 19.05.2025, the petitioners have filed the present application.

Heard the learned counsel for the respective parties. 5.

Perused the cause shown for non-appearance of the petitioners when the matter is called.

This Court finds that sufficient cause has been shown. 7.

Accordingly, the order dated 13.05.2025 is recalled. WPA 1601 of 2025 is restored to its original file. 8.

CAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

Learned counsel for the respondent prays for time to file affidavit-in-opposition.

Let the affidavit-inopposition of the main writ application be filed within a period of three weeks, reply, if any, thereto be filed within a week thereafter.

10. List this matter on March 11, 2026 under the heading "Adjourned Motion".
