Mr. Bihani further submits that steps have already been taken for issuance of sanction orders pertaining to the dues of the remaining 5 petitioners.

The submissions made by Mr. Bihani have not been disputed by Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners.

In view thereof, this Court is not inclined to proceed with the contempt application any further and the same is, accordingly, disposed of.

Rule, if any, stands discharged.
