The writ petition is taken up for consideration in presence of the learned advocates representing the petitioner as well as Kolkata Municipal Corporation, being the principal respondents.

Nasim Aejaz, learned advocate representing the petitioner has submitted on instruction that the grievance of the petitioner stood redressed during the pendency of the writ petition.

In view of the aforesaid submission being made on behalf of the petitioner, it appears that nothing remains to be decided on this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.

However, there shall be no order as to

costs.
