Private respondents and the State are represented by their respective learned Advocates. However, none appears on behalf of the petitioner.

It, prima facie, appears to this Court that there is a dispute as to the demarcation of the property between the petitioner and the private respondents.

Since the petitioner is not represented, WPA 1594 of 2026 stands dismissed for default.
