Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to incorporate certain subsequent events which occurred during pendency of the writ petition and intends to withdraw the writ petition and file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action.

In view of the above, the writ petition being WPA 1409 of 2022 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh on the same cause of action.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
