Heard learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. As per report victim-housewife suffered asphyxial homicidal death at the matrimonial home. Petitioners are the in-laws of the victimhousewife. They were present in the matrimonial home at the time of occurrence. They have not offered explanation with regard to circumstances leading to the homicidal death of the housewife.

Under such circumstances and in view of gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
