Heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and considered the materials in the case diary.

It appears that there had been no substantial change in the circumstances subsequent to rejection of the petitioners' prayer for anticipatory bail earlier on 2nd December, 2020. In view thereof, the present application being CRM (A) 427 of 2022 is not maintainable and is, accordingly, dismissed.
