None appears on behalf of the petitioner as well as the private opposite party in spite of receiving of the notice. Accordingly, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with this matter further. Thus, the instant criminal revisional application is hereby dismissed for default. Any interim order passed by this Court during the pendency of the instant criminal revisional application is also vacated. Any connected CRAN applications if pending is also disposed of.
