Mr. Apurba Ghosh, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that challenging the order dated 3rd January, 2023 passed by Additional District Magistrate and Block Land and Land Reforms Officer, Paschim Bardhaman, the petitioner has filed an appeal before the learned Commissioner, Burdwan Division which is still pending. In view of the above, the petitioner does not intend to proceed with the present writ petition. Mr.

Sanjay Saha, learned advocate for respondent no.8 leaves the matter to the discretion of the Court.

In view of submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition, being WPA 1532 of 2023 stands dismissed as withdrawn.
