Arindam Chattopadhyay, learned Advocate appearing for the State-respondents submits that on the day that the matter was taken up and disposed of i.e. April 21, 2026, he had appeared on behalf of the State.

Though the records indicate otherwise, in view of the submissions made by the learned Advocate for the Staterespondents, paragraph 2 of the order dated April 21, 2026 is expunged.

In the appearance portion of the order dated April 21, 2026, the names of the learned Advocates i.e. 'Mr. Arindam Chattopadhyay with Mr. Arun Kumar Saha ... ... for the State' be added.

Other portions of the order shall remain the same. 5.

Corrected certified copy of the order be handed over to the parties upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to them.
