The revisional application appeared on 5th February, 2024 when an accommodation was sought for on behalf of the petitioners. Today, learned advocate has entered appearance on behalf of the petitioners. However, I find from the records that only the report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been enclosed along with the FIR. None of the documents under Section 207 CrPC have been enclosed.

Having regard to the stage at which the petitioners approached this court, I am of the view that the present revisional application is premature. As such, petitioners are granted liberty to canvass all the issues at the time of consideration of charges before the learned trial court.

Needless to state that the learned trial court would dispose of the said application for discharge independently without being influenced by any observations made by this court.

With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 313 of 2024 is disposed of.
