Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that for taking instruction form the petitioner he issued a registered letter to the petitioner which was received by him on April 24, 2023. He had a conversation with the petitioner and on the basis of conversation, he submits on instruction that the petitioner is not further intending to proceed with the matter on the ground that the matter has been amicably settled outside the Court.

Considering the submission of the learned advocate for the petitioner, it appears that further proceeding of the criminal revisional application is not necessary. The instant criminal revisional application is hereby dismissed as not pressed. The letter of the learned advocate along with receipt of speed post and the track report of the matter is taken on record. The interim order passed by this Court during the pendency of the revision application is hereby vacated. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
