Apparently, the petitioner is a proclaimed offender. There are criminal antecedents so far as the petitioner is concerned. The police case is of May 21, 2020.

Considering the long absconsion of the petitioner and considering the materials in the case diary and the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 321 2023 is dismissed.
