It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that service of the petitioner was confirmed after filing of this writ petition. However, it is also submitted that petitioner is entitled to get arrear salary.

Respondents are represented by learned advocates. 3.

In view of submission made on behalf of the petitioner, it appears that primary grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. However, prayer is made for release of arrear dues.

Hence, writ petition stands disposed of.

Petitioner shall be at liberty to make a representation before the concerned respondent authorities seeking release of arrear dues. If such representation is made, Court expects same shall be decided, in accordance with law, by the concerned authority.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
