1. The revisional application has been preferred by the wife/petitioner praying for transfer of Matrimonial Suit no. 689 of 2023 from the Court of learned Additional District Judge, 1st Court, Durgapur to the Court of learned Additional District Judge, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas.

2. On hearing the learned counsels for the parties and on perusal of the materials on record, it appears that the Mat. Suit has been filed in the Durgapur Court by the husband/opposite party herein.

3. The petitioner herein resides at Naihati, North 24 Parganas.

4. Admittedly the petitioner/wife is a regular practitioner at Calcutta High

Court and as such travels to Kolkata on regular basis.

5. Learned counsel for the opposite party/husband submits that the opposite party/husband is a legal practitioner at Durgapur Court and the matter may be transferred to Howrah Court for the convenience of both the parties.

6. Considering the said difficulty of the parties herein, this Court directs that matrimonial suit no. 689 of 2023 be withdrawn from the Court of learned Additional District Judge, 1st Court, Durgapur and be transferred to the Court of learned District Judge, Howrah.

7. Learned District Judge, Howrah shall proceed with the suit in accordance with law with due notice upon both the parties, expeditiously.

8. CO 205 of 2024 is disposed of.

9. Parties to act on the server copy of this order.

10. Let a copy of this order be sent to the concerned Courts for immediate compliance.
