The petitioner has placed his case. He prays for an order for direction upon the respondents, particularly the Sub Divisional Controller of Food & Supplies, Asansol, Paschim Bardhaman, the respondent no.5 to consider the representation of the petitioner.

Learned advocate for the petitioner indicates that his representation is dated 5th January, 2021. I do not think if his representation is considered by the authority no prejudice will be caused to anybody.

Let the representation be considered within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
