The petitioner says that the first charge sheet filed by the Investigating Agency did not contain any material against him nor did the 2nd charge sheet. He has been implicated only on the basis of statements made by coaccused persons. There was no recovery from him. He had approached this Court praying for anticipatory bail. While rejecting his prayer, the Court directed further investigation by the Criminal Investigation Department. He is in custody for 110 days. He should be enlarged on bail.

We find that further investigation is going on. Learned Advocate for the State says that all efforts are being made to unearth money trail which may link this petitioner to the alleged offence. Tower Location of the petitioner's mobile phone prima facie indicates the involvement of this petitioner in the alleged crime.

Since investigation is going on and we are dealing with a case of organized crime, we are not inclined to allow the petitioner's prayer for bail, at this stage.

The prayer for bail is rejected.

CRM (NDPS) 119 of 2025 is dismissed.
