The petitioner's grievance has been redressed. The District Panchayats and Rural Development Officer, Birbhum has issued an appointment letter to the petitioner. The petitioner has joined the service on July 29, 2022. The appointment letter is taken on record.

Therefore, nothing survives for decision in the writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
