Pursuant to the earlier direction passed by this Court, State has submitted a report along with five enclosures which includes Injury Report issued by CNMC Hospital dated 28.12.2021, Death Certificate issued by CNMC Hospital dated 30.12.2021, Inquest Report vide Beniapukur PS Inquest No. 983 dated 30.12.2021, Enquiry Report of Ramesh Chandra Hait, ASI of Police, Chandrakona Police Station dated 30.12.2021 and PM report vide PM No.3711 dated 31.12.2021.

A copy of all the said documents certified by Officer-in-Charge, Beniapukur Police Station along with covering report of the Officer-in-Charge, Beniapukur Police Station has been handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. Having considered the documents which have been handed over to the petitioner, the purpose for which the present writ petition is preferred has

been subserved. As such, further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 1796 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted on behalf of the State be kept with the record.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
