Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, the schemes spoken of by the petitioners do not exist. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, the schemes are still in vogue.
Be that as it may, the petitioners are entitled to reliefs under the existing schemes. They are entitled to know what schemes exists and the fate of their applications. In the facts of the present case, the petitioners decide the applications for the petitioners, in accordance with law. In the event, the petitioners are found to be eligible for any relief under any existing scheme, the respondent no. 4 will proceed to grant
the same to the petitioners or such of them as are found entitled, in accordance with law.
The respondent no. 4 will intimate the petitioners whose applications are rejected as to the reasons for such rejection. In the event, no scheme exists as on date as claimed by the petitioners or otherwise, the respondent no. 4 will intimate the petitioners for the same also. It is expected that, the respondent no. 4 will conclude the entire exercise within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. WPA 834 of 2020 is disposed of accordingly.
