This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for hearing under Section 45 of the Guardian and Wards Act since the petition was filed on 29.09.2022. It is submitted that no order of stay was ever passed by the Hon'ble Bench of this Court in connection with CO No. 325 of 2022. It is submitted that application under Section 45 of the Guardian and Wards Act was filed but not being heard on the ground of pendency of revisional application.

Considering the nature of the prayer, I do not find any reason to ask the learned advocate on behalf of the petitioner to serve notice upon the opposite party. Service upon the opposite party is thus dispensed with.

Learned District Judge, Hooghly is requested to hear the application under Section 45 of the Guardian and Wards Act subject to stay order, if any, passed in CO 325 of 2022, preferably before the Summer Vacation.

Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the District Judge, Hooghly.

With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.
