The prayers in the writ petition cannot be allowed. The petitioners allege forceful construction over a plot of land of the petitioners by the State authorities, without any acquisition.

It appears that on an earlier occasion by an order dated January 18, 2019, the concerned Block Land & Land Reforms Officer was directed to prepare a site plan and demarcate the land of the petitioners. Thus, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the concerned Block Land & Land Reforms Officer to comply with the order passed on January 18, 2019, by this court, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from date. This court has not entertained the writ petition on any of the grounds, as the question of police inaction does not appear to be correct.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
