Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that since the police filed charge sheet, custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the injury report of the victim. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein and considering the injury report, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

CRM(A) 431 of 2022 is dismissed.
