Re : CRAN 2 of 2025 The petitioner seeks relaxation of the bail condition imposed upon him.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite bail being granted on 2nd December, 2024 the petitioner is still in custody since he has not been able to arrange the bond of Rs.10 lakhs. The petitioner seeks reduction of the said amount. Learned counsel for the opposite party submits that the petitioner is still in custody since he has been subsequently arrested in connection with CBI matter.

Upon consideration of the submission made on behalf of the parties as well as the observation made in the bail order dated 2nd December, 2024 in CRM (SB) 17 of 2024, this Court does not find it fit to relax the bail condition of the petitioner as sought. Accordingly CRAN 2 of 2025 is dismissed.
