None appears on behalf of the parties, nor any accommodation is prayed for on their behalf.

The parties did not appear on previous occasions as well. They were directed to ensure their appearance before this Court, today otherwise the necessary order will be passed on basis of the materials available on record. So this record is taken up for passing order.

In this revisional application the petitioners prayed for quashing of the proceeding being G.R. Case No. 3314 of 2016 arising out of Khandoghosh Police Station Case No. 219 of 2016 dated 19.9.2016 under Sections 406/420 of the Indian Penal Code and for quashing of FIR of G.R. Case No. 3314 of 2016 arising out of Khandoghosh Police Station Case No. 219 of 2016 dated 19.09.2016 under Sections 406/420 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears from the perusal of FIR that it was started on the written complaint of Subrata Roy, Purchase Officer, made to S.I. of Police of Khandoghosh police station and the same was entrusted to Swapan Kr. Reja for investigation.

I do not find any irregularity in the FIR or in the proceeding initiated upon it. Therefore, no interference of this court is required.

Accordingly, the instant revision along with the connected applications are dismissed.

The interim order, if any, stands vacated.
