Mr. Munshi, learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the order impugned is appellable, but inadvertently the present application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the said order has been filed, he prays permission to withdraw the revisional application enabling him to file an appeal.

C.O. 234 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn without any order as to costs.
