Ghosh ... for the respondent no. 14 The petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved regarding the inaction of the Police Authorities. It has been submitted that the petitioner ventilated his grievances by sending a letter to the Bidhannagar East Police Station but till date no action has been taken.

Having considered the time period which has lapsed in the meantime but the grievances of the petitioner has not been addressed, liberty is granted to the petitioner to prefer a complaint case before the jurisdictional court by invoking the provisions of Section 223 of BNSS, 2023. With the above observations, WPA 844 of 2020 stands disposed of.
