The writ petition is taken up for consideration pursuant to the previous order dated 21st September, 2022 in presence of the learned advocates representing the petitioner and the State respondents.

Mr. Mahato, learned advocate representing the petitioner submits on instruction that the petitioner does not want to press this application. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.

However, this order shall not preclude the husband of the petitioner being respondent no.8 in this writ petition to make a proper application for change of nominee before the concerned respondent authority, if so advised.
