Petitioner prays for expeditious disposal of the application filed for interim maintenance.

In view of the hardship faced by the present petitioner, learned trial court is directed to dispose of the application for interim maintenance within a period of three months from the communication of this order. No unnecessary adjournment should be granted to either of the parties. All efforts must be taken to dispose of such application within the schedule mentioned above. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 214 of 2023 is disposed of.
