Pursuant to the order dated 31.01.2023, the learned Registrar General, High Court, Calcutta communicated with the learned Registrar General, Allahabad High Court for ascertaining the Birth Certificate which was enclosed along with the present bail application.

Learned Registrar General, Allahabad High Court has sent a report which incorporates that the said Birth Certificate is fabricated and fake. The report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report may be sent to the learned ACJM, Basirhat to be tagged along with the records of the case pending. In view of the Birth Certificate being fabricated and fake, the application for bail is rejected.

Accordingly, CRM (SB) 10 of 2023 is dismissed.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
