Ghosh Mr. Arindam Sen ... ... for the State Petitioner renews his prayer for bail. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is in custody for over 200 days. Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record. Prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits. There is no change in circumstance since then. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is thus rejected.
