Learned advocate appearing for the West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited submits that the necessary quotation will be issued within a period of 15 (fifteen) days from date, subject to compliance of all requisite formalities by the petitioner. The connection will be effected within a period of two months from date.

In that view of the matter, nothing further remains to be decided in this writ petition.

Accordingly, WPA 1698 of 2025 is disposed of. Urgent certified website copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
