It has been brought to the notice of this Court that the number of the case has been wrongly recorded in the order dated August 4, 2023. The correct number of the revisional application would be CRR 265 of 2022 which is to be incorporated in the second last line of the first page of the said order. This order may be treated as part and parcel of the original order dated 04.08.2023.

Necessary corrections be made in the said order and department would take steps for implementing the same. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
