The affidavit-of-service filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner be kept with the record.

2. The petitioner has filed the present application being CAN 1 of 2025 praying for recalling of the order dated September 18, 2025 wherein this Court has dismissed the writ petition for default for none appearance of the parties when the matter was called.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition was dismissed by an order dated September 18, 2025 and immediately on September 26, 2025 the petitioner has filed the present application. He submits that the matter was listed in the combined Monthly List of September, 2025 but on the said date that the Monthly List was collapsed very fast due to which the petitioner could not appear before this Court when the matter is called and thus this Court dismissed the writ application.

4. Considered the submission made by the learned counsel for the parties, this Court finds that the petitioner has

shown the sufficient cause for none appearance of the petitioner before this Court on September 18, 2025. Accordingly, the order dated September 18, 2025 is recalled.

5. WPA 1556 of 2023 is restored in its original file.

6. CAN 1 of 2022 is disposed of.

7. Let the matter appear on April 10, 2026 under the heading <Urgent Motion=.
