The matter has been listed at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner for correction of the order dated 10.04.2025 wherein the O.A. filed by the petitioner, out of which the writ proceedings arises, has wrongly been mentioned as 'O.A. No. 1177 of 2023' instead of 'O.A. No. 1077 of 2023'. The inadvertent typographical error which has crept in to the order is not denied or disputed by the learned counsel for the Union of India.

In view thereof, we direct that the order dated 10.04.2025 be corrected/modified and 'O.A. No. 1177 of 2023' mentioned in the said order be read as 'O.A. No. 1077 of 2023'.

The order dated 10.04.2025 stands modified accordingly.
