The Medical Board of the Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education & Research at Kolkata has submitted a report on the disability levels of Sumir Mukherjee and the same is taken on record.

The conclusion of the panel of three experts is that final PPI (Percentage of Permanent Impairment) of Sumir Mukherjee is 65 percent.

Remedy, if any, available to the petitioner in respect of the earlier disability certificate issued to Sumir Mukherjee, are kept open to be pursued. 4.

Accordingly, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

6.

There will be no order as to costs.

7.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.
