Learned advocate for the contemnor submits that in compliance of the direction passed by this Court, steps have already been initiated for demolition of the unauthorized construction and the demolition proceeding will take some time.

In view of such submission, let the matter appear in the list on 10th February, 2022.

Learned advocate for the alleged contemnor shall file an affidavit of compliance on the said date with an advance copy to the learned advocate representing the petitioner.
