Re: CAN 8 of 2019 (Old no. CAN 10807 of 2019) This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the restoration application. The reasons shown for causing the delay are satisfactory and, therefore, the delay is condoned.

The instant application is thus allowed.

Re: CAN 7 of 2019 (Old no. CAN 10806 of 2019) This is an application for restoration of the instant appeal dismissed in Lawazima.

The learned Advocate for the appellants submits that the requisites have already been put in vide Filing No. A - 2199 dated 10th February, 2021. The explanations have been offered for not compliance of the direction passed for depositing the requisites, which we find to be satisfactory. The application for restoration is thus allowed. The appeal is restored to its original file and number.

Office is directed to complete all the formalities, since the requisites have already been put in and efforts shall be shown to make the instant appeal ready for final disposal.
