The petitioner's application has actually been rejected for not filing sufficient papers and documents in support of her illness but ultimately it has been dismissed on the ground that the Commission has not notified notifying his application for general transfer. In such circumstances the order passed by the Commissioner of School Education dated 17th December, 2021 is set aside and quashed.

However, now the Utsashree portal is in vogue and this court cannot run a parallel system of transfer. The petitioner can use the no-objection for filing her application for transfer through Utsashree portal within a period of seven days from date.

With this observation this writ application is disposed of.
