Mr. J. P. Khaitan Ms. Sweta Mohanty ... for the petitioners Mr. J. P. Khaitan, learned Senior Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the Inspecting Officer, Officer of the Adjudicating Authority, Kolkata, has withdrawn the notice under Section 26(1) dated 10th January, 2022 by a letter dated February 4, 2022. This letter has been replied to by the petitioners on February 8, 2022 wherein the petitioner has informed the Adjudicating Authority that the authority has to act in terms of the order dated April 16, 2021.

Furthermore, Mr. Khaitan has pointed out that the copy of the reference has not been served upon the petitioner.

In light of the fact that the notice under Section 26(1) has been withdrawn, no further order needs to be passed in this contempt proceeding.

Accordingly, the contempt application is dismissed as withdrawn.
